Abstract:
High-end GNSS receivers are today used in multiple environments which have a significant impact on the RF signals reaching the user antenna. Traditional GNSS simulators and laboratory equipments allow receiver manufacturers to characterize the RF chain from the satellite to the antenna but could never accurately reproduce the effects of the user’s surrounding environment. Using a RF record and playback systems Septentrio was able to overcome this limitation in its test process and has develop a non-regression signal tracking test bench to ensure the best quality products to its customers.
